check out Sterling Ruby’s new exhibit on Daily Serving - it looks fantastic. Wish I could see it live.
also Dan Reneau had a solo show here in Kansas City at the Spray Booth Gallery. The exhibit span’s Reneau’s work for several years from graduate school to present. The title of the show is “To Be An” which was stolen from a faded “Proud to be an American” bumber sticker. True to the title of the show it highlights the process of an artist as they search out directions and experiment through their careers.
