Erin Yard’s work has been featured on CNN, National Geographic Online, Hoerzu Wissen magazine, Lonely Planet magazine, and the Philadelphia Daily News, but he did not start out as a photographer. Yard attended UNC-Wilmington, receiving degrees in Psychology and English. He started cooking through those six years of schooling and kept cooking after college. Full article on Sprite Newspaper.
